Personal and standalone Spaces are free to create on every Individual plan. A Workspace is the organisation tenant and requires Team Plus, Team Pro or Enterprise.

Questions

Do I need a Team plan to share a Space?

No. Standalone Spaces can be shared without creating a Team Workspace. A Workspace is for an organisation that needs central membership, billing and governance.

Is Free a trial?

No. Free is an ongoing Individual plan. It has a smaller daily Usage allowance and bounded cloud work, while local-capable features can continue independently.

Does an Individual plan include a Workspace?

No. Free, Plus and Pro belong to a person. Team Plus, Team Pro and Enterprise belong to an organisation Workspace.

Why are Team plans per member?

Full active Workspace owner, admin and member roles are billable seats. Pending invitations and Space-only external collaborators are not active full seats.

What happens if I cancel?

An Individual paid plan falls back to Free at the end of its entitlement period without deleting personal data. A lapsed Workspace keeps its tenant, data and membership records while paid-only operations require billing to be restored.
